ITSM System - Create new entry using templates - Maintain server path, RFC destination created in the installation part step 2.3) Work item + Fields - Change the attribute in the GET item if the default is not used Automation (optional) - Create items with webhooks Development System - Add development systems to be connected in the integration - Maintain POC users in the test phase for each development system
