Define projects and attach destinations

Projects create a classification that filters the request assignment and controls the import behavior, for example, by managing approval authorizations. This enables you to ensure that the requests for a specific project never take the wrong transport path.
Create new project(s):
Go to SmartChange, Configuration and click on ProjectManager.
Select no.
Click on Create Project.
As an example, the projects can be created according to specific SAP modules…

Assign destinations to projects
Put your cursor on a project and click on Assign destination.
Select desired destinations and confirm.
Repeat the assignment step with all projects. A possible configuration could look like this:
Activate configuration
Click on activate and confirm.
